Linguajoy Online Intermediate Mandarin 

For students aged 9–15 with prior experience in Mandarin Chinese

This online course invites students who are already familiar with the basics of Mandarin Chinese to continue their language journey in an inspiring, interactive, and supportive environment. Conveniently held via Google Meet, the course combines live teaching, creative activities, and cultural exploration to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable — even from home.

Each weekly session is led by our wonderful native Mandarin-speaking teacher, who encourages students to communicate naturally in Mandarin Chinese while building confidence and fluency in a warm and encouraging atmosphere.

💡 During the course, students:

  • Expand vocabulary and practise sentence structures
  • Learn useful everyday expressions
  • Develop listening and speaking skills through games, role play, songs, and stories
  • Strengthen recognition of tones, pinyin, and Chinese characters
  • Use creative and visual methods that support long-term language learning

Even online, our teaching approach is full of energy, encouragement, and creativity. Sessions may include short cooking demonstrations, simple crafts, movement-based activities, cultural themes, and interactive tasks carefully adapted to the online format.

This course is suited for students who already have a foundation in Mandarin Chinese and are at a post-beginner level (A1–A2+). Every learner is supported individually and encouraged to progress at their own pace.

  • Autumn Term: Tuesday, September 1 – Tuesday December 15, 2026. The term includes 15 lessons.

  • Spring Term: Tuesday, January 12 – Tuesday, May 11, 2027. The spring term includes 17 lessons.

  • Linguajoy Online Intermediate Mandarin Club meets once a week for a 45-minute live session.

  • Age group: 10-15 years
