Ni hao! Linguajoy Mini- Mandarin Club

Linguajoy Mini-Mandarin Club warmly welcomes children aged 3–7 who are either beginners or already familiar with Mandarin Chinese!

In this playful and fun course, we develop Mandarin skills in an inspiring, experiential, and encouraging learning environment. Children dive into the language and culture through multisensory activities — games, music, arts and crafts, simple cooking projects, and imaginative role-play. Our caring and experienced native Mandarin teachers guide the lessons, offering an authentic introduction to the language and its rich cultural heritage.

As the course progresses, children expand their vocabulary, practice sentence structures, and learn useful expressions for everyday communication.
We also explore key features of Mandarin: tonal awareness, Pinyin (Romanized pronunciation support), and the basics of writing simple Chinese characters — all taught through visual, creative, and memorable methods.

This course is suited for both beginners and for children who already have some prior exposure to Mandarin and wish to build their skills in a fun, hands-on way.

  • Autumn Term: Tuesday, September 1 – Tuesday December 15, 2026. The term includes 15 lessons.

  • Spring Term: Tuesday, January 12 – Tuesday, May 11, 2027. The spring term includes 17 lessons.

  • Linguajoy Mini-Mandarin Club meets once a week for a 45-minute session.

  • Age group: 3-7 years

  • Time: Tuesday 17:15-18:00
