Building Confidence in Finnish for Ages 11–14
An encouraging and interactive conversation course

Linguajoy’s Finnish Conversation Club is designed for students aged 11–14 who would like to strengthen their spoken Finnish skills and build confidence in using Finnish in everyday life. The course offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere where students can practise Finnish through discussions, interactive activities, and creative expression.

The goal of the course is natural and fluent communication. Students are encouraged to actively use Finnish in everyday situations, such as at school, in hobbies, and with friends. During each lesson, students expand their vocabulary, practise a variety of sentence structures, and discuss topics connected to everyday life and their own interests.

The course is taught in a small-group setting, giving every student plenty of opportunities to speak, ask questions, and receive personal guidance. Our warm-hearted native Finnish-speaking teacher gently and encouragingly guides the conversations and helps every learner feel confident, supported, and successful.

Linguajoy’s small-group teaching approach allows for genuine interaction, active speaking practice, and individual progress. Whether the goal is to build courage in speaking Finnish or to develop more fluent conversation skills, this course offers an inspiring and approachable environment for strengthening spoken Finnish.

The interactive small group meets once a week for 45 minutes on the Google Meet platform.
